Join us for a moderately slow-paced three-mile hike with the practice of Forest Bathing. This meditative, quiet hike involves the engagement of all our senses, with stopping points along the way for re-centering and observation. Come release stress and get focused on nature and peace of mind.

Connecticut Trails Day Event! Join Lisa Hageman and Liza Sivek for a moderately slow-paced, three-mile hike with the practice of Forest Bathing. This meditative, quiet hike involves the engagement of all our senses, with stopping points along the way for re-centering and observation. Come release stress and get focused on nature and peace of mind.
The hike will take place at Salmon River Forest and we will meet at the Air Line Trail South/ "Hairpin Turn" Parking Lot at 280 Bull Hill Road, Colchester (see directions below). From there we will walk to the Salmon River Forest trail nearby.
