Join Megan Trujillo, board member, to learn about the unique plants, wildlife, and hidden wonders that thrive in the wetland environment, from water-loving plants to the creatures that call these areas home. Perfect for nature lovers and curious explorers, this hike offers a deeper connection to one of nature’s most fascinating ecosystems. Bring your boots and sense of adventure as we venture into the heart of Bulkley Hill’s wetlands!
Boots are recommended for the wetland exploration hike. Magnifying glasses, bug catchers, and critter nets are encouraged to enhance your experience. Will also look to bring some of the materials to provide to the participants as well. Ages 6 and up. There will be a longer hike to our wetland area so be prepared to walk. Cost: CLT Members free.
