About the event
Join the Colchester Land Trust at the Comstock Bridge parking lot off Rte 16 for a winter hike to Day Pond Falls (a.k.a. Arnold’s Ravine) on Sunday, February 18th at 1:00 PM. The hike will be out and back for approximately 3.5 miles over moderate to steep terrain. Hike starts along the Salmon River then climbs to a beautiful overlook. The second stage is more moderate as you work your way toward the falls. Day Pond Falls drop a total of 40 feet with the tallest being 10 feet.

Open to the public, Registration recommended. All ages, but not stroller friendly. Leashed dogs welcome bring waste bags.
CLT Members free / Non-members $5, / All kids under 18 years old are free. Moderate elevation, non-groomed dirt trail with rocks and roots. Please dress for the weather and wear appropriate boots or sneakers. Tick protection is strongly suggested in all seasons.
