“The best remedy for those who are afraid, lonely or unhappy is to go outside, somewhere where they can be quite alone with the heavens, nature and God ...
I firmly believe that nature brings solace in all troubles" --Anne Frank
Monthly Meeting of Board of Directors
The board of the Colchester Land Trust regularly meets on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 7:00 PM, usually in Colchester Town Hall meeting rooms* at 27 Norwich Avenue. All are open to the public and public input is welcome. Anyone having an interest in conservation and land use in Colchester is encouraged to attend and learn what we do.
*(Our Annual meeting and the occasional monthly meeting are held in other locations, please feel free to check the calendar or email us before attending so we can confirm where to meet with us!)
Annual Meeting Of Membership
The Colchester Land Trust annually devotes one of its meetings to a social gathering of all friends, members, and interested citizens. Typically taking place in the month of June, the annual friends and members meeting is a wonderful venue to get to know the officers, board members, general membership, partners, and others involved with your local Land Trust. It is a great way to learn what we've been up to, to celebrate our accomplishments over the year and to learn more about current projects. Sign up for our emails to get on the invite list, too!
